Ramadan iPhone app

This should be a Ramadan app that can read the times from a PDF-file instead of web service. No internet connection should be needed to run this app. The app should furthermore notify the user when it is time to break his fasting by local notifications and making a sound (eventually adhan). On the home screen a daily reminder should appear. No super design skills is needed only working app with simple markups. To validate your bid, write "ice cream" in the beginning of your message. A working mockup made in AppCooker will be sent to you by email so you can run it in AppTaster (free app on App Store). A muslim developer will be an advantage but is not a requirement.
