Outlook Macro

Who can program such functionality: I am using Microsoft Outlook heavily and need a macro (or any other solution) which reads my outlook tasks and creates calender appointments for each task automatically. Input: My task list in outlook. Tasks have a category assigned to them, showing their priority from 1 (highest) to 4 (lowest). Each task has a planned duration which is in the field "total work" (task details). Output: A new calender item for each task that is not yet marked complete. Start with the ones with highest priority (1). The appointment should last for the amount of hours given in "total work" field of each task. If "total work" equals zero, a length of 2 hours should be set by default. The macro should find a time slot large enough to accomodate the task appointment and automatically create an appointment. Make sure that tasks are only planned during work hours. Every automatically created appointment should be named "AutoPlanned: "+Task Subject. The text body of the appointment should be the same as the tasks text body. Macro behaviour: Upon executing or re-executing the macro, as a first step, all autoplanned appointments (identifiable by their name, starting with "AutoPlanned: ")should be deleted, to free up the calender. After that, the tasks should be autoplanned again, respecting their priority, length and working hours. Please let me know if you know how to solve this and how much that would cost.
