I am a dedicated office administrator with many years of experience in high level roles. I have managed a call centre, was an office administrator/personal assistant for a group of medical practitioners as well as many other lower level jobs. I have excellent customer service skills, am proficient in my tasks, excellent keyboarding/ typing/ data entry. I was an onsite property manager for 4.5 years for a not-for-profit organization so I am familiar with property management, lease administration and data entry into the proprietary management software. If it is a program that I have not used before, I am not afraid to tackle and learn a new system. As an office administrator for the medical practitioners I did their bookkeeping and accounting including A/R and A/P, designed reports, databases, spreadsheet manipulation according to their specifications. I am very familiar with the functionality of excel, access and other database programs. I am available to help you with your task requirements up to a maximum of 35 hours per week. I would like to know more about your business and what your requirements are in the line of the tasks you are looking for help with, what types of properties you manage, and how I can be of assistance. Hello. I'm Dira from Malaysia. I graduated from Universiti Malaysia Sabah in November 2014 majoring in Bachelor of International Marketing. Right after internship duration ended, I was volunteering to look after my elderly and be responsible to all her needs. Still, I consider myself as fresh graduate seeking for the suitable jobs. During my studies time, I am committed to all tasks given and grade obtained is all above average. The latter explained that I managed to complete task before the deadline, seek for proper guideline from lecturer, well-used of references, exploit skills possessed and task's neat and meticulous (font, spacing, justify, double-check before submission). I am reliable when it comes to teamwork/group assignment. I had lead few tasks given and colleagues were happy to be in my team.
