Mechanical Design - Design Report

Hello First of all i have same experience in designing shaft in the manner giver in your requirement. I know how to do the hand calculations to get the basic understanding of the design. Once finished I will go for optimization by keeping the load requirement but checking the reliability. once we know the stress and fatigue we can proceed further. I am an assistant professor in mechanical engineering. I am carrying three years of experience in teaching. Thermodynamics, heat transfer and fluid are my core areas. And also I am a post graduate in thermal engineering. All these years I have been experienced with all mechanical subjects and labs. And I am aware of all basics and core part of the subjects.
