Help me with Marketing

Hi, We are a Software Testing Training and Consulting company based in Sydney Australia. We are looking for some local leads/clients to join the software testing training we provide based in Syndey Australia. We also have another product that we promote and need help with. We are initially looking for understanding the marketing strategy for the training products. Job& Interview training as well as the software testing training for people to enter into IT market or sharpen their test automation skills set in the testing industry. So, here are the 3 products. 1. STI - Software Testing Intensive - Training for New comers or Non-IT people to start in IT Industry 2. ATI - Automation Testing Intensive - Training for existing software test professionals to improve their technical automation skills set. 3. CBI - Career Booster Intensive - Training for the above graduates to get into the market and sell themselves more confidently. We are looking to learn how we can market this better and what are the options we can consider and what would be the ways we can consider to promote these. If you have done similar marketing project and can work with us from a consulting point of view, then get in touch for discussion. Once this is understood, then we will look into the next project which is to actual work on the agreed marketing campaigns for the above products. We are not looking for random common advice of going to facebook and twitter and do the PPC etc. We are looking for some solid actionable strategies that can clarify the roadmap and then work towards it for the next year.
