Zonal Manager (Women)

We are looking for an ambitious, resourceful, smart, organized, self-motivated, independent full-time Zonal Manager, shows interest in helping a startup firm to achieve business expansion worldwide. You will work with management team to develop and implement long-term goals, policies, and procedures. The ideal candidate should have good contact with business clients, work to understand their needs, and then advise them on which of our offerings could best support their objectives. She is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. She will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions. Responsibilities: · Recruit, train, manage new joiners and be a great aspirant to them. · Manage and control business operation efficiently · Priority is getting new businesses and sell additional services · Intensive research on businesses and busy individuals and identify prospective leads · Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and present our services · Create plans to address clients’ business needs · Identify improvement areas and implement corrective measures. · Act as a point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate · Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms · Collaborate with internal teams to address customers’ needs · Be courageous, pro-active willing to take charge, and manage daily activities of running the business Be adaptable and demonstrate the ability to wear multiple hats and show a willingness to learn and improve continuously · Attend meetings on behalf of the owner, if required · Uphold a strict level of confidentiality Prior experience in business development especially startups Preferred Outstanding verbal and written communication. Strong negotiation, interpersonal and collaborative skills. Students / Freshers can join full-time working from home. PayScale depends on their performance for three months Only Females
