E-commerce webshop / Magento

Target: Our target are Hookah users from every age (above 18 years old). We will expand our business only in the Netherlands so we have only dutch users of our products. Not only we want to focus our website to particular customers, we also want to give our site the function to communicate with retail entrepreneurs with small shisha and hookah cafés. So professionalism has to be confirmed with our website. Webdesign: I want to use the colors White and Gold, the white because I think it will give the website a more synoptic view. If you have a better idea with the logo and template design you can try it on.. I just want something in the trend of Arabic style and Hookahs (smoke etc.). Please don’t make it too crowded. The websites: [login to view URL] & [login to view URL] are a good example for what i want.. only the last website is a bit crowded in its menu. I would like to have a CMS System with Magento. In the mainframe I want the option to ad news and updates.. I want some spaces on the site were I can put advertisements. The menu has to be very synoptic and have to have a good overview. The buttons will be (Menu will be in dutch ofcourse): - Hookahs - Shisha - Charcoal - Accessories - For entrepreneurs (This buttons will be in dutch, but specific information will be given later on, even as the web adres). When opening the hookah link it will give the next buttons: - Egyptian Hookahs - Syrian Hookahs - MYA Hookahs - MOD Hookahs - Rotating Hookahs - Special Hookahs And also I want that the costumer can select from the following buttons: - Prices between 15 till 55 euro’s - Prices between 55 till 115 euro’s - 115 / 175 Maybe there can be build in a search module for this.. Also I want a stock module so my customers can see if items are in stock ore unavailable. The minimum integrated payment modules have to be: Paypal and Ideal Also i want a small menu beneath ore above with the links to: Contact, Costumer service, For retailers, tips and tricks, terms. I don’t want that it has to be required for costumers to first make on an account before ordering something. Only when a costumer is making and finishing his order he have to give up his information for the shipment then he will become a signed in costumer. The most of the site, the template etc I will trust on your creativity and imagination.  ps: I also need a good cheap host that will support the used software.
