we are connecting to vpn with openvpn using rout-nopull and route-noexec. we want that any outgoing traffic that if for http + https will go out throgh the vpn tunnel. rest of the traffic should go out via the regular eth0. if the tun0 is not working there need to be fallback to eth0.
