Dear Sir, Incase you are using Windows devices for this scenario, then it is possible that windows firewall is blocking some of the traffic. Try to temporarily disable the windows on the server/client and check. Else, there might be some configuration that will have to be done on the bridge interface, specifically secureNAT and DHCP settings. It's also possible that the routing configuration between VPN network and the server local network is not configured properly on the softether server (unlikely). I have previously deployed remote access VPN via softether and I should be able to successfully troubleshoot this issue and fix it ASAP. If given the opportunity, I will start immediately and fix this issue at the earliest. There is one particular issue regarding remote access VPN. Once the client successfully is connected via the VPN, it can initiate the communication with the server side network devices and the will respond but the server side devices will not be able to directly initiate a communication with the remote access VPN devices. i.e the connected VPN devices will be able to ping to the server and will get a response from the server but if the server tries to ping the client devices it will only get a "request timed out" error. If your server software has a procedure where the server calls/polls the client for information then the remote access server solution will not work properly or the VPN server will need advanced configuration. regards, Ashley
