Dockerizing Elasticsearch cluster

We need help in converting our ES cluster to Docker images. The cluster consists of the following nodes:
1. Three Master nodes (ESM1, ESM2, ESM3)
2. Three Data hot nodes (ESDH1, ESDH2, ESDH3)
3. Three Data warm nodes (ESDW1, ESDW2, ESDW3)
Deliverables:
1. One Docker image for each of the above type of nodes: ESM1, ESDH1, ESDW1
2. Cluster deployment script that will bring all the individual docker nodes (total 9) into a cluster given we have turned on all the 9 dockers in a machine (single or multiple)
3. A script to join a new data node (docker) to an existing cluster
