100 blog comments or forum posts from language/travel sites

I need 100 forum comments and/or blog comments from language sites to a number of websites. There are ten languages, and I want 10 blog/forum comments from sites that have posts of pages that cover the same language. For example if I am getting links for the Greek language I want blog comments or forum posts from sites that have "greek" in the title tags of the page you are comment or posting on. It can be a site about the greek language, greek travel, the greek islands, greek food, whatever, as long as at least the word "greek" is in the title tag of the page that the link is on. It for example could have the title tag "cooking Greek bread", which would be fine because the word "Greek" is part of the page title. Another example for the "French" keyword the sites must have the word "French" in the title tag of the page. It can be about French Food, French Travel, the French Language, French Hotels, it does not matter as long as at least the word "French" is in the title tag of the page the link is on. Ten Blog comments/forum posts from ten different sites for each language. The language sites you are linking from must be written in English. The ten languages are: French Greek Italian German Spanish Mandarin (can have the word Mandarin and/or Chinese) Indonesian Vietnamese Turkish Brazilian Portuguese (the word "Brazilian" must be in the title tags it does not have to have "Portuguese") Each blog comment/forum post must be on a different domain. All the forums or blogs must be PR1 or above. The actual page does not have to be PR1+ but the main page of the website must be PR 1+ The link must be readable without having to log into the site. All posts must be in readable understandable English. Links in signatures is acceptable, as long as the anchor text is there as well Backlinks must be search engine friendly, that is no redirects, cloaking and other practices All comments must give some value to post you are commenting, so all comments must be handmade no software or bots to be used, no spammy posts. No gambling, adult & porn sites, pharmacy sites, illegal websites, hate-based websites, violent websites, cracking or hacking websites, no blacklisted or spam sites. No links from under construction pages. No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, session ID's, etc. No contextual ads sites, popups, intrusive advertising, etc. No link from: torrent sites, file sharing, articles. I will give you a list of 10 languages x 10 (100 in total) URLs to post to with a list of anchor text that you can write your posts around. You'll keep a basic excel file with : MAIN WEB PAGE RANK : LINK PAGE URL All blog and forum post will be checked 7 days after to ensure they have not been removed because of this payment milestones will be 75% on completion. 25% after 7 days after the links have been rechecked.
