European Union representative/ address for service needed for patent application - repost

I have filed a PCT national phase application in Luxembourg and obtained a filing date in Luxembourg. As per Luxembourg regulations, I need an agent to represent my application. The agent can be a domicile of any country within European Union and should be authorized to represent before a patent office in any country within European Union. Only an "address for service" and communication of correspondences from Luxembourg IP office is needed. No prosecution of the application is needed. The number of communications is also expected to be very less as the patent applications is intended to be for a 6-year grant. The appointed agent can transfer the correspondence from Luxembourg IP office to me via his chosen medium - post, fax or e-mail. The offer price for this project will be inclusive of the transmittal of first three communications from the Luxembourg IP office. The price for other transmittals, if needed, can be negotiated later or before the award of the project.
