This is a special job. I need a professional in the field of internet boundaries. I need a consultant for a brief talk about the do's and don't about some unique concepts in developing ideas. Gentleman/woman need to be an MBA (you must be comfortable writing down business plans neatly and in an organized fashion), no exceptions, no exceptions, unless you hold a series of degrees that are above 3 and I am talking University + Grad (few) + Possibly Phd . Most importantly I need to speak to a lawyer as I indicated legal advice. This question is international as the business domain is the internet, but local Canadian laws knowledge would help. Lawyers I meet with regularly have no clue what a domain name is, and so I must clearly stress that you have to be well versed with domain names, websites, industries, industry leaders and current with development in the arena. Need to ask for advice regarding the setting up of certain businesses and their legal implications. Accounting and taxing specialists are especially favoured if they have a legal background to help with ideas as such. What is a plus, is of course, running and/or having helped start businesses for clients, acting possibly as a ebusiness consultant. Canadian laws and tax codes are preferrable or some research of them is required to answer my questions. If you happen to be a good consultant I will consider having several sessions with you and referring you to clients which would help your busines model, as I listed many preferrable skills and qualities. An example; can I start a business x that collects money through xyz way and will I be taxed as a corp or individual or double taxed if we assume no reinvestment and profitable initial year. If x provides this service to citizens of country y only, will this be ok or not since it is not so legal here. And then I'd ask you to explain and expand. Example 2: If I happen to have the domain name [login to view URL]; what sort of website can i build on it with the minimal amount of capital and maximizing revenue porential; any other idea which would exceed the ratio of extra revenue to extra amount of extra investment (dont forget to factor price of capital if debt or equity). Part b) But now I own [login to view URL], the Canadian domain extension .ca, are we limiting our international appeal, certainly the answer is an obvious yes, but what can I do to remove that barrier that such extensions place on the potential of the international extension names. If only, local, would it be worth the effort? How is the market demand for the product locally as opposed to a country wide avg. Please prepare a semi business plan for the idea you came up with, and also choose a name from this list and think of an idea that uses minimal capital and maximizes revenue. Legal questions: Legal or not? Can I do this sort of website without a formal agreement? What is your advice regarding such partnership? So I will choose the best profile with the best HOURLY bid which I kindly assume should be about $20 or less, depending on your abilities, skills, and past experience. and a flat rate business plan (short version + long version prices) included in your message. Local Canadian lawyers and USA lawyers are welcome too, and you are certainly welcome if you are a recent graduate or still in school and would like to help for a low rate given your passion for the subject and experience to add to your portfolio.
