Looking for someone that can provide me with a list of off market real estate deals within Pensacola, FL. If the job goes well I’ll be looking to expand into Los Angeles near LAX as well as in Las Vegas and Arizona. Looking for motivated sellers that need/want to to sell quick. All transactions will be all cash transactions from my investor so that no broker is needed and both parties will save on commission.
