We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Sourcing Agent to join our fast-growing EdTech company. The primary responsibility of this position is to source and qualify potential leads for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a good level of English and be able to work at pace and effectively. They must be able to qualify each lead through department websites and/or email format checkers with staff lists, as our company does not purchase mass email lists. The Lead Sourcing Agent will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to generate and convert leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential leads for our products and services.

• Qualify each lead through department websites and/or email format checkers with staff lists.

• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of leads and prospects.

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to generate and convert leads into customers.

• Monitor industry trends and competitive activities to identify potential new leads.

• Provide regular reports and analysis on lead generation and conversion rates.

• Continuously improve lead sourcing strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in lead sourcing or related field.

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Ability to work at pace and effectively.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Experience in lead sourcing is a plus.
