Laravel Expert required to complete Stage 1 (Essential) of a SaaS (Software as a Service) For Sale By Owner (FSBO) Real Estate project that recent developer could not complete due to their Laravel learning curve, associated skill shock, and personal circumstances. Preference given to Australia based developers. Completing Stage 1 will be the main focus of this job. Once completed the succesful applicant will be offered Stages 2 and 3. Most of the Front end is done, yet will require some tweaks on CSS and other simple functions to owner's specs. IE: Match Header and footer to design color, strip language component from platform, proper URL and file formating when taken out of dev. Folder. Currently in [login to view URL] Should be... In every case all files should be nested under these folders so that the URL is SEO heavily weighted. Stage 2 – (Essential) Intregate automated Social Media marketing functions. Stage 3 – (Non - Essential) - Integrate Legal Ease and Tax Deed Treasures Components. NOTE: Stage 1 and 2 are Essential to the overall concept and should also be Clonable and Rebrandable as much as possible. This will make it easier to do Stage 3, as well as use the SaaS in other niches. Can be achieved by having a panel dedicated to customising and branding the app on all levels. Keep this in mind during development. Stage 1 – Was originally developed in PHP and the essential functions for the project were working fine. Then the developer convinced the owner that it would be best to transition over to Laravel mid stream requiring futher time.
