joomla 3 webpage

I need a web page made with Joomla 3. It is a simple design with one basic intro page and one another page with a map of floor design. Web page will be something like gallery guide with rooms. I have a flour sketch of a gallery in background and user will click on " room". It will open a brief description of that room. If user is interested in specific item in that room he would input number of that item and description of that item will pop up with its image. Items should be stored in a table in database mysql. Intro page: into page with some pics, a brief description of a page and a log in field and enter button that user inputs a 8-number (like a ticket number). Those 8 digit numbers are stored in database, and if input number is in database it opens a new page. Main page: It has a clickable map of floor design. I have a drawing. When user clicks on a desired room it shows its description on a same page. when user cliks on a another room it shows another description of that room. Description is text with some pics. On this page there needs to be a search field that user will enter a number of item in room. In a popup window there will be description of that item. Description of that item is stored in database.
