1 parse iframe DomElements from ngApp to fetch some iframed data from another application (rainLoop selected email object)
2 prepare javascript hooked to index bar who show actions for selected email object (send to endpoint 1 /2/3/4/5 ...)
3 do action after pressing bar button with assigned on click action (fetch actual selected email from DomElement in iframe then send it with http request to endpoint (we dliver function to use endpoint with our security and endpoints itself)

Hi. If i correctly undestand you want to assign on click action on bar in iframe and send request with some data from iframe(email). Is it right? Note that it can be done if both pages are in the same domain.
