Create web scraper using Chrome Extension/Desktop App

Hello We are looking for a freelancer that can create a chrome extension,Desktop app,web app or something similar. This tool will be a web scraper that collects info based on inputs and available api's . These are some of the task that will be required Input--> Detect if input is using google adwords Input--> Detect if website has seo optimization Input--> Find LinkedIN business page Input--> Find Fb business page I would also like for it to connect to a crm or api that sends emails There are more things I will discuss in detail with the right candidate will pay more based on experience option 2 Looking for a google apps scripts developer to develop a script for google sheets to automate our business operations. Knowledge of google apps script language (similar to javascript) and experience with it is highly appreciated. If the candidate has experience with google chrome extensions the project will continue towards that direction.
