Convert asp.net app/website into smartphone/tablet app through jquery mobile/phonegap

We need you to:
- Integrate/use the login design from this page: [url removed, login to view] (fake login now)
- Run a search query on click on one of the tags on the second screen (after login). this Search should lead to this page: [url removed, login to view] with the search filter
- Add one field to the registering form in an event
- Search results are filtered by distance (closer first)
- Convert this app into phonegap (or cordova) project (through mobile jquery?), and export it to android and iOS (tablet and smartphone).
The website will need further developpments later this year, we'ld like to build a relationship with one developer.
Take a special care to this:
- Website uses Location services, and we need it to be there
- THIS HAS TO BE through cordova project for us to be able to tweak it.
- This is URGENT, I'm sorry, I know that your hear that a lot here, but we had a problem with our developer, we have overshoot the delays, and we need to move fast (in the 3-4days).
