Configure babel 7 for graphql/npm sourcemaps for parcel-bundler -- 81039

In short 4 things for 100$:

graphql files (instead of gql`${Login}${UserProfiledFragment}`, I just used imported value from graphql file)

babel 7, and pollyfills- console errors on client

npm sourcemap errors in terminal

yarn dev/prod(start) to reliably start

get favicon to serve again

This is where I left of trying to migrate to babel 7 and migrating server or parceljs, and currently I get errors about typescript written npm packages not having sourcemaps (or something), and also graphql files have never worked even with import plugins for server or client (dependencies wouldn't load). Also I migrated server to parcel and can't get "yarn dev" to reliably start as dist for server may be missing by the time nodemon starts. When it does start correctly though I get errors about polyfills. There're a bunch of missing peer dependencies, that may be the culprits. In trying to fix the polyfill related errors I just added all proposal plugins, which now cause errors of their own.

Auth fixed commit was the last working one.
