285733 Real Estate Website300 -repost

You'll have to forgive me folks, this is really the first time I've posted a project on a site like this, so my descriptions may not be perfect. I'm actually reposting my original Real Estate Website300. I wanted to help clarify some issues with my first project and let everyone resubmit their post -with more clarity of my expectations. I'm looking for a real estate website with a database for listings. the listings search would be similar to [login to view URL] with the Basic and Advanced Tabs. Results could appear in a Map View or in a Listing Summary of results, which link to a Listing Details page. Admin will manually add specific agents found at [login to view URL] (Canada) Every day a spider or web-extractor would then search the [login to view URL] website and update the listings on my site from www.realtor.ca. Any listings that are no longer on [login to view URL] would have their status changed to Sold with the price hidden for a period of about 30 days before being completely removed from my site. These agents could login to my site and check whether the listing will be visibly on my site, upload more photos and add descriptions, as well as some other basic settings. Editing the listing content would have to be done on their end, from [login to view URL] and then press the UPDATE LISTING from my site, or wait until the spider or web-extractor does it automatically. Admin has the ability to do the same, but can also make any listing a featured listing, edit the content of admin's listings and manually create listings. PHOTO ADMIN for admin would also include uploading virtual tours with floorplans from [login to view URL] A featured listing, in addition to having a listing details page and appearing in the searches like any other listing, would appear in the featured listings section of the search pages and results pages. Selecting a featured listing (from the search page, featured section of the results page or from the list of results) would show the listing details page AND open a flashy Listing Website in a new window, similar to [login to view URL] This way, a featured listing would appear as it's own separate website with a unique domain url pointing to the flashy Listing Website. Also part of this website will be eCampaign management. Essentially along the lines of [login to view URL] Most of the forms and documents that can be downloaded from by site, such as First Time Buyer Guide" would require Name, Address, Phone and email in order to download the information or have it sent to them. This would be a Trigger as shown in the Drip Email video tutorial. There will also be some basic content pages such as Community Information, About Us, and whatnot, which I can do if necessary. I need these pages (especially the basic content pages) to be relatively simple to manage in Microsoft Visual Web Developer. I have some understanding of HTML and JavaScript and whatnot, but would prefer not to have to get into the coding too much. I've developed a dozen example screenshots of what I'm looking for in the Admin & Agent login, Search pages, Sellers page and Community pages with descriptions at [login to view URL]{AT}N06/ NOTICE: the flickr url cannot be copied exactly.
