Javascript Cool Interactive Controls

I have some interactive javascript controls to build with jquery, maybe raphael js, animation techniques,etc I have a flash version of those for demo to show how they should work. I don't want automatic conversion. I estimate that a good programmer can do this in no more then 8-10 hours. A small test might be needed if you don't provide serious and similar portofolio examples or explain logic on how you will do it. If very good I am willing even to pay upfront. If this job is done right I am looking to hire 2 programmers in the next 2 months for long term working. I'm expecting serious bids no copy paste texts and portofolios. PLEASE DO NOT BID IF : - you don't have Skype with microphone and speakers, or headphones because I can not explain this otherwise - you don't have a decent understanding and speaking skills for english - you have slow internet connection and we ca not talk in quality call - you don't have medium or expert experience with javascript - you are a team, or company and I have to talk with 2-3 people to get things done BID ONLY IF: - you are very familiar with javascript - you have experience with jquery, animations, canvas, javascript libraries (raphael or other math related libraries) - you are hard working and willing to work at this project in the next 32 hours with milestones and serious guidelines and conversations
