Multiplayer Online Gaming

We have created a multiplayer online card game Using Flex , Action script , Java Script With Electro server we need some improvement in it so hiring some skilled and serious peoples who can finish the task quickly payment will not be issue for right candidate.. Here rough list of features needed apart from there will 3-4 bugs which also need to be settle down 1.) When a user is playing and if he lost the his internet connection he automatically looses the game and get kicked out of the game.. Instead we want him to stay there for some time and give him chance to come back online meanwhile system will do some auto playing feature for him.. 2).In 4 or 6 player player game all the users join the table through lobby now when game starts the all user will discard one card to to decide the playing order of the users( Highest ranking user gets fir priority to play and so on).. By default users are seated randomly by clicking take seat button on table.. Now after after playing order is decided user seats need to be re assigned according to new order.. 3) User can join the any playing table by clicking Join from lobby now what we want he should be able to open game window in new POP UP from lobby page. so he can be able to join another game from lobby in new pop up if he want.. 4)Guest user should find running game in lobby and they should be able to watch the game without disturbing the game.. such as no chat allowed unless you are playing.. They should be just able to watch like any third party user.. 5) We have game created in flash Builder 4.6 and when user do any task there are some alert messages.. by default the alert messages skin of flex is silver we want it to be customized color to suit the game..
