A framework of MQDS need to be created, that contains three layers Cloudlets layer, Resource allocation layer and Resource layer. Three algorithms are proposed in this data scheduling strategy in which they have their unique task to do. Time Prior Disks Algorithm (TPDS), Cost Prior Disks Algorithm (CPDS) and Benefit Function-based Disks Algorithm (BFDS) are the algorithms designed for the tasks to make it time efficient, cost efficient and for the tasks with time complexity QoS requirements respectively. To evaluate the response time, cost expenditure and energy consumption performance of the proposed MQDS algorithms, we are using CloudSimDisk simulator. On the whole, the proposed MQDS is energy efficient hold diverse QoS constraints well. Here we need not to compare with the Extended Round Robin algorithms. A simple creation of framework and implementing the proposed three algorithms is enough. CloudSimDisk simulator should be used for simulation in Java language.
