iOS PDF Reader based on PDFKit

We need to develop a full featured PDF Reader for iOS +11 based on the new Apple's PDFKit framework. The main features should be: PDF Viewing - Show single or double pages in side scrolling - Page scrolling mode: Continuous, paged scrolling (both can be vertical or horizontal), page curl - Option to choose the background color to white, sepia, black and screen-brightness - Scrollable thumbnail (page previews) bar at the bottom - Hide UI if the user taps 1 time (like Apple's books app) Thumbnails view - Numbered thumbnails - Filter thumbnails view by Annotated or Bookmarked Page zoom - Double tap on a block of text to zoom instantly to that region, double tap to zoom back out - Pinch in/out to modify the page zoom Outline, Bookmarks, Search - Outline table view pop-up - Bookmark pages option - In-document search for words with highlighted results and table view pop-up PDF Annotations based on standard PDF specs (annotations are embedded in the PDF file) - User can highlight text with 3 different colors - User can underline text - User can strike through text - User can free-form draw on PDF pages (via touch or Apple Pencil). Color, opacity and thickness of the ink is adjustable via UI - Annotations are selectable and context menu appears to copy, delete, change color/thickness - Eraser tool to delete ink annotations - Undo/redo all annotation user actions - Insert boxes with text typed by the user - Insert images from the gallery, option to resize/move them once pasted on a page Document editor view - Like the thumbnails view, but user can add, duplicate, rotate, reorder, delete, and export PDF document pages Notes: 1) The PDF Reader should be developed in Objective-C using a Xcode project with no third party libraries. It should be based in the PDFKit framework available in iOS +11. 2) User Interface of this app should support iPhone and iPad (all screen sizes and device models, including app multitasking split-view with other apps) 3) Only a minimal test app and functional UI is needed to test the Reader on our side. No graphic design needed.
