Image & Documents hosting app for iPhone & iPad

I need an iOS app (compatible to iPhone & iPad and to be able to fit 4.7 , 5.5 , 4 , 3.5 inch and iPad) . The application should be similar to Mega,DropBox or Box apps. We own a file/cloud hosting site and we want the application to be connected to the site so the user can back-up his photos and documents. There will be a free storage which will be given to all members and the users have the possibility to upgrate to get increased storage. Please note that the database should use the same user and password as the website so the user can login to both iOS and website. API is necessary. Main functionalities: 1. User downloads the application. 2. The user signup / sign in to my app which is connected to our site. 3. User has the possibility to auto sync his photos and documents with the photo. Please note that we will have to restrict iPhone/iPad delete permission from the website so the user won't accidentally delete stored documents on the site. The only way you can delete them is through our website. 4. Passcode lock app. This is a simple feature which will allow user to set a 4 digits password in order to access the app. This will be turned of by default. 5. Integration of this script : [login to view URL] . Please read what it does. Basically i want the user to be able to download and view the documents on his iPhone/iPad. 6. Inapp purchases : the user can pick from 3 membership plans(3 months - 6 months - 1 year). 7. Add folder possibility on iPhone to the website. I want all uploads from iPhone to be uploaded to iOS folder on our website however user can create new folders through his iPhone under iOS folder. 8. Application language. The default language will be English but i intend to add new languages in future versions. 9. TOS,Privacy Policy and few others pages. 10. Recommend to a friend feature. (Facebook/Email/Twitter). This is kind of all for the version 1.0 . Please have in mind that if you do this perfectly you will have a lot of work for our company. Please note that we had a bad experience with a freelancer and the last milestone will be released once the app is approved in App Store.
