Weekly Posting of Classified Advertisements on local website

I run a small business making products to sell online for the most part, but I have recently gone into posting ads online to attract local customers. I am looking to outsource this ad posting work to a freelancer. This will be an ongoing job (indefinitely). Once the initial job of posting the ads up is done, there will be weekly maintenance that will be required (which will only require a small amount of time per week). I am looking for someone experienced with posting pre-written ads (photos, and description) once per week; the freelancer must be good at keeping data organized in a spreadsheet. As mentioned, these ads are pre-written, so the freelancer simply needs to copy and paste the text and upload the photos. Each week, there will be about 1 to 5 new products added, and 1 to 5 products removed (when items are sold, the following week these items must not be re-posted). When we first start this job, you will need to post about 90 ads. Once these ads are posted, I will give a weekly update; the weekly update will let you know which ads need to be renewed, which ads need to be deleted, and I will also give you a small number of new ads that need to be posted. I need the freelancer to be experienced with posting ads online so that they can keep up with the postings and remove/add/maintain ads as needed, efficiently. The freelancer also must be able to maintain a spreadsheet list of all the products currently posted so I can view them at any time during the week. I can provide an Excel file with all product descriptions and also a file with all photos. If as an experienced freelancer you feel there is a more efficient way to maintain an inventory of approximately 100 products, I am open to suggestions.
