Tons of Sales for Personal Finance E-book

I am looking for someone who is a Facebook Marketing expert or general marketing expert and knows how to get sales immediately and lots of sales. You must be able to complete the ad on a page of your own as I don't have a Facebook or anyway that gets tons of weekly sales. My product is a short e-book about personal finance about 35 pgs. Please don't apply if you're not able to do this. I am looking for someone who can start off with a few hundreds which will include your payment and money for the ad BUT this is just the beginning. I will be hiring for other jobs marketing ebooks for sale as well as other content or digital products, but right now, I need an immediate return. The ebook has to be marketed to concentrate more on the content rather than author because it will be anonymous like the other future ebooks or content. I am open to discussing the price of the e-book that will get it to sell as well as copywriting. I am looking for sales right now not leads because I need to make an ROI. Not to have my money wasted.
