Appointment Setter- Hard working, Dedicated, Fun Environment $20/hr Dear Friend, My name is Elizoebeth and I own a local real estate investing company that buys houses. I am looking for a dynamic, professional individual with great phone skills and loads of integrity to assist me with developing leads for my home buying business via cold calling. I'll show you exactly what you need to say to have meaningful conversations with homeowners in our market and to see if they are potentially interested in selling their home. Pay: $18-$20/hr + bonus for each deal closed where you developed the lead. Details: Relaxed, Fun & Positive work environment Low-stress system. Flexible hours (10-15 hours per week, ~ 3 hours / day) Advancement opportunities. What we are looking for! Reliable - Need to be able to consistently show up to work. Tech savvy - Need to know how to use a smartphone, google chrome, and learn how to use web based applications (but it's basically point and click). Typing skills - Must be able to type notes while on the phone with prospects. Positive Attitude - People who will excel in this position are coachable and open to constructive criticism to get better quickly. Integrity and Professionalism are a must. You will be working from you home environment making calls so you'll need to represent my company professionally and develop a great repore with phone prospects.
