It's a very big project, where we take 20% of the revenue that freelancers and agencies working under us get for us getting clients to them. You will receive 10% of the revenue the first year, and 5% of the revenue for 4 years after the first year.
You must be very skilled at getting clients. You must be able to approach clients yourself as an independent sales person.
This is a big opportunity with SO MUCH investment and hard work behind it, and we're about to launch, big time!

Telemarketing is the business where two sides can reach a common value or purpose at the end.I guess ı can do it easily.
I believe I can be a great fit to this job and can ultimately help the company reach its goals. I have been a Sales Development Representative for almost 3 years and my experiences on this job will be useful to this particular task. My tasks included calling prospects in the Home Care Industry, pre qualify them if they are a good fit to our business proposal and get their buy in for the Account executives to do their sales pitch or demo. We create a file for our pipelines on a separate spreadsheet. For those Decision makers who still got no time for the demo, I then ask them when would be the best time to call back and then set an appointment with my Account Executive at a later time. I then plot this on Google Calendar and send invites to both the Account Executive and the Decision Maker. The softphone used was Five9 and the CRM used was Salesforce. Part of my job was also replying to emails of prospects asking about the details of our referral program and schedule them for an appointment. This particular job has taught me the values of patience and perseverance and turned me into a goal oriented person. I want to make sure that I will be as efficient as my previous job, being one of the top performers of our team. I can work with less supervision and I am results oriented.
