Help me with Internet Marketing

Hi there,

Basically I need someone to help me with my marketing/advertising. Someone to act as a "marketing agency" without being

too expensive.

Let me describe what i have done till now and what i would require:

Done: marketing plan - in my head

Required: need to discuss this with you and write it down in a professional way, including budget. I need marketing

targets set out. My first one is probably going to be to have 10 new beta users testing my app by end march. we can also

set out payment terms based on these targets rather than a monthly fee.

Done: website ([login to view URL]) built using [login to view URL]

Required: improve site to ensure it is seo friendly. If required i'm open to moving site away from wix if that is too

slow or it has too many limitations

Done: social media - I have about 10 social media accounts setup with a few hundred likes. I try actively to increase my

followers on facebook,twitter,pinterest and instagram.

Required: these pages need to be updated in line with marketing plan. I am not happy with the response on these sites. I

get about 20 new followers daily though most of them are not quality leads.

Done: social media updates - I post about twice per day any good articles i find. I post to all my social media accounts

concurrently using Hootsuite.

Required: I would like to continue this, but check why they are not driving that much traffic and there isn't much

engagment. If there are improvement suggestions for these even better

Done: inbound marketing - posted 2 articles on my blog

Required: i would like to increase the frequency of updates to once weekly. The updates can be a video, blog post,

infographic, survey results, etc.

Done: I setup 2 accounts in Google Analytics, one for my site and one for the app.

Required: Improve the data gathered so I can make some meaningful analysis. Things I am thinking of:

Setup filters to eliminate my traffic and my team's traffic from the data

Setup goals to track conversions

Create meaningful dashboards and scheduled reports

Ensure I'm acting on the things learned from the analysis

Done: I setup ways of getting feedback from my Beta users (Android only for now). Basically users are asked questions

while they are using the app and these are recorded. they can also use feedback using email and google groups

Required: I am not getting the right feedback or enough feedback which is bothering me. I need to check why and fix it.

Done: Created a twitter ad campaign to get users to sign up for the beta. got very few users and most of them did not

convert to downloaders

Required: Improve the twitter campaign, create a google/facebook/other campaign to achieve targets within budgets.

Done: Asked an seo expert to help me rank my site in the top 10 of google for 10 chosen keywords. Paid $450 in 3 months.

Not much improvement in ranking.

Required: Would still really like this but I think we have to concentrate on 1 keyword at a time.

As you can see there is a lot of work. I think the marketing plan is the first need that needs to be done.

I need someone's help because I am not experienced in marketing and I don't have the time required to achieve my goals.

In fact this is showing in the lack of conversions.
