Help me improve marketing copy and email => landing page => application flow for awesome product

Very quick, one-hour project, that may lead to longer, more exciting projects! This is the website: [login to view URL] Audience: entrepreneurs who want to change the world in a positive way, who need personal, relational and business growth I need consulting help: 3-5 key recommendations in a google doc or word doc to improve conversions (a conversion is an application to the members network) I need to implement all the changes tomorrow (26th Sep) so recommendations MUST be actionable and require a low level time investment on my part What can't change is the funnel structure, e.g. an email, then landing page, then application form. However the email copy, landing page layout, structure and copy, and the application form CAN all change. I do NOT need help generating leads, as I am marketing to my existing database right now.
