Generate leads in the form of initial phone consultations for UK based online marketing company. COMMISSION ONLY

About us: We offer online marketing services to small business for a fraction of the price that large agencies charge. These services include Facebook ads and Social Media Marketing. We're looking to generate and increase the number of qualified leads for our business. This project includes the following: - Find suitable potential leads for our business - You can use any means possible, including phone calls, emails and social media. - Call/email get in touch with these leads and arrange for a 15 minute initial phone consultation with one of our 'account managers' where we will take over from that point, in converting the lead into a client. - You will then pass the details of the phone consultation to us (to include contact name, email, phone number and arranged time of consultation). Target audience/the type of leads we are looking for: - Small business and startups - Based in the UK. - Any industry - Businesses that don't have a strong online presence or a good website. Business without Facebook or Twitter or Instagram. - Business owners in need of help with any of their online marketing - Facebook ads to social media management. Our USP's: - We're focused on small businesses and startups so our prices are very affordable. - We use modern marketing techniques to get small businesses noticed at a fraction of the price that large agencies charge. - We have 10 in-house Facebook ads and social media management experts Source of leads: - It is not important where you are able to find each lead; the important factor is that each lead is interested and ready to get booked into a free 15 minute phone consultation where one of our account managers can talk more about their requirements. - Examples; social media channels, Yell, Google Maps, flyers, brochures. This project requires: - Strong sales skills - Excellent communication skills. - Knowledge of online marketing such as Facebook ads and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc). Payment/commissions structure: - For each 15 minute phone consultation that goes ahead as arranged, you will be paid £15. PLUS: - For each lead that closes, and becomes a paying client, you will receive 10% of the monthly value of the sale as a one-off payment, once the first-month payment has been made. Eg, if the sale is worth £500, you will receive £50. Future work/opportunities: - This is a long-term based role which, if you demonstrate that you are competent at generating leads that convert, we will be happy to take you on for the long term.
