creative social media manager/strategist and executive assistant

I'm looking for the first person to work with for our start-up based in Berlin but working in the whole European market
We're a small creative strategy agency who is looking for someone who can help out with:
- Working according to a set global social media strategy
- Helping out with tasks (executive assistance)
- Coming up with ideas for finding new clients
- Work actively to set goals and work towards them
- Working on personal social media channels to grow the business
- News on updates for all major social media channels (to know what is happening)
- Marketing (both digital and direct as two examples)
- Being able to create blog posts in english (content creation)
We are looking for someone who:
- Is HIGHLY creative
- Energetic, I need to work with someone who can give energy to video conferences (for example)
- Is not afraid to ask questions
- Can work autonomously
- Is very communicative
- Can travel (if needed)
- Native english or 100% fluent both in written and spoken english
- Knowing German is a plus
- Being based in berlin is a MAJOR PLUS!
- Knowing Swedish is a major plus
If we work well together then I am more than willing to continue into more projects together.
We are a newly founded company started in a network of organisations - so we will have many clients and possibilities to work on exciting projects. Just because you will be the first hire - it is EXTREMELY important that you are ok to work hard in an exciting environment and also someone who wants to learn and adapt to an environment.
We also want you to know:
- Content creation (on canva, adobe suite). Most important is having a mind for digital design
- At least basic video creation (to know the basics in what makes a good video)
Part of the job will be to join meetings online and we need you to be able to come with fresh perspectives on how to do digital marketing and come with ideas on such. I also need someone who reads all information given, therefore I would ask you to start the reply to me with the word "Yo!", by doing so insured that you have read this whole job description.
All-in-all I need to work with someone who is highly creative and highly analytical, thus I am an engineer.
