On-going SEO work for Swedish website

Please read and understand before bidding - if you dont your bid will simply be ignored ! We are looking for an SEO expert that will help us promote one of our client's sites using link building and article submitting - the client's site is in Swedish so all work done MUST be relevant !! This will be a long term project for the right person - if you cannot deliver the contract will be terminated and you wont get paid ! We want quality over quantity ! Our initial budget is $100 per month so please do not bid more at this stage although we have scope to increase this. We need a plan from you about what you will deliver over the next 6 to 12 months based on this. Link building - Only high quality, one-way, static html links are allowed. The links must be: * From Swedish or other Scandinavian sites. * One link per domain will be counted so the links must come from different domains. Domain must be on a different class C as well. * Contain one of the Keyword Phrases. * All links must be appropriate and relevant for the website * ALL backlinks must be do follow... We will check all links. Please don’t waste your time, bid only if you can do this. * One-way links (no offer of reciprocal linking). * Not from pages which use ‘no follow’ tags. * Not from pages where link selling is used. * Not from pharmaceutical, adult content or gambling sites. * Not from pages which already include more than 20 outbound links. * Not from pages in Google’s supplemental index. * No automated link submissions or use of link harvester software. GENERAL * No spam links. * No link farms accepted. * Link page must already be indexed and cached by Google, MSN and Yahoo within last 30 days. * Link page must be search engine friendly ie no redirects, cloaking and other practices. * Page should not be excluded by robots.txt. * No links from "under construction" pages. * No sites which ask for money later. * No contextual ads sites, popups, intrusive advertising, etc. NO SPAMMING * No blog comment spamming, No ping sites, No links within newsgroups. * No link from: torrent sites, file sharing forums, guest books, classifieds, dynamic links, link farms, link-exchange programs, directories, articles submission, Free for All websites, hacker, pharmacy, illegal, gambling, pornographic or black hat sites. * All links must be ONE WAY non-reciprocal links from relevant websites. * Links must be static HTML links. Including the target keywords I provide in PM message. * Links must be permanent, active, never expiring. * Links must be in text, no graphics. * Staggered deployment of the links is required over 30 days to avoid any penalties. * We will reject any link if not found suitable and request a replacement * Reference. Show the past link building work you've completed. It will be held in confidence. Experience is important and proof of quality work and extensive experience is required. The link builder should be highly experienced and must know how to check that links are good. Please do not bid if you have limited or no link building experience. Please note: White-hat is crucial and required. Black-hat or Grey-hat methods will not be accepted nor paid for!!!. Article Submitting We will provide the articles - you just need to submit them to article directories. You can post one article to 100 different directories. GENERAL * You have to submit articles only to free directories. No paid directories. * You must point 3 keywords for every article to the site. * Submit only to Scandinavian sites. * We will pay only for articles that are published and that we can see. * No spam! You will need to provide me with the following spreadsheets before payment is made. Link & article reports separately 1. Link site exact URL (clickable hyperlink) 2. Site / Directory Name 3. Anchor text used 4. Site / Article Type 5. Google Page Rank of that PAGE 6. Date placed. By bidding and sending us your offer you are agreeing to these terms. A breach means no payment !
