Internet Sales and Marketing Manager

I need a Internet Sales & Marketing Manager. You must have experience and expert skills related to Sales-Marketing and speak English. I will be available to you 7 days a week between the hours of 11am CST till 11pm CST (-6 GMT). IF you are an Expert and have the qualifications and can prove it, but you do not speak English. I may still hire you to manage your Country for this or another project and we will hire someone that speaks your language and speaks excellent English, so they can translate for you. The amount I am willing to pay up front is nothing compared to what you can make while completing certain goals during project running. The last project I just finished, generated about $6,000,000 in its last 5 months. There are 3 known goals where you will be eligible for bonuses during the part of this project, totaling $5,000 to $7,500. I will offer other goals later on. I have 5 other projects that I am personally managing by myself, that if you prove your ability and skills, I will allow you to help on those also with bonuses to be earned. 1. Find investor/partner to go in partnership with me. Bonus $2,500 usd upon closing deal with partner. 2. Find people to lease office/retail space meeting 100% leased goal. Bonus $2,500 usd upon signing last office lease. I only need about 8,000 square feet lease to have one of the building's 100%. 3. Find buyer for Flint Building which is for sale. Bonus $2,500 usd upon closing sale with new buyer. 4. Find a Business that needs a cash loan. I will loan them money for their business if they qualify and lease space from me. I will loan from $15,000 up to $1,000,000 USD. Your JOB is to find the freelancers to work on my projects to provide the skills that we need to finish this project that I have started. We will be using emails, advertisements, phone calls and websites to market for this project. You communicate and discuss freelancer project with them and give me your recommendation. I will make the decision and hire them. You will be responsible for making sure they do their job. Here is an example of freelancer projects that we will award during this project. 1. I want someone to post on websites that are free and re-post or refresh advs as needed to keep adv live. Craig list and other sites that have free real estate listings. a. Retail and office space for lease b. Office-Retail Building for sale c. Real Estate buyer looking for partner or investor. You will make sure we get the links for every adv they have posted and verify. You will make sure we review adv copy before they post. You need to make sure they put there ID # in adv copy so they get credit for the posting etc. I plan to also pay small bonus for the freelancer that finds a tenant for leasing or buyer etc. 2. I want someone to send email blast to all realtors in US and other countries. I have system where they can load the contact info and email address. It also allows them to select template for email and track bounces, opens and click through etc. a. Email to Commercial real estate Brokers is different. b. Email to Residential real estate agents. c. Email to Real Estate investor companies. Even though each adv and email has all 3 parts of number 1 above we will produce adv copy specific to their specialty. 3. I want call centers to make calls to businesses who may be looking for new office space or who may need a cash loan. 5. I want someone who is an expert on creating Social Media websites like Facebook, Twitter and Youtube, etc. So depending on the task I want done, we may be able to get more people out there working with us. In the above example if I provide someone a loan of $15,000, I may pay $250 finders fee, where I pay you $50 bonus and $200 to the person who furnished me the lead. So an expert in Emailing or a Call Center may want to do this for us. You must review the complete project summary file. It contains key word that proves you read the file before bidding.
