Do some 3D Modelling_Language Center

Hi all, I need a creative interior/exterior designer to help me in designing the interior for an English Language Institute. The institute will have a unique design. It will be similar to [login to view URL] in terms of the design and overall experience. The center will be designed based on daily life routines which means I will setup the center based on 7 different settings (let's call them learning corners) & they are:- 1. Travel agency 2. Airport - departure & arrival terminal & customs "Passport Control" 3. Hotel - Reception & lobby 4. A Shop - like Wall Mart or any shopping store 5. A restaurant - like Chilli's or Friday's or any reputable chain of restaurants 6. A street scene - having traffic light, pavement... etc 7. A medical clinic The idea is that I want to create & provide the learners a real-life learning environment & based on each corner the learner will engage & learn related grammar, vocabulary, listening & speaking skills for each corner. I will provide the dimensions of the location once I rent it. But most likely it will be in the range of 200-300 square meter. My requirement:- 1. An interior/exterior design company to design all the learning corners & center in whole. 2. Provide all needed design options and drafts to give to the construction company to build and install the center. 3. I need major format types e.g. PSD, JPG, JPEG.. etc but What other types of designs do I need? I mean do I need 2D – 3D… etc?? Note: I haven`t rented the space yet. I will rent within 2-3 months – I`m just trying to find the best location. In any case, I will try to rent an open space so we can have freedom in the design. Kindly check my requirement & guide me on how to go forward with this project. Regards,
