Color Water animation

Hello, 1>I need a simple Water animation app where user drops some ml of water from the top and it fells on the bottom view. Its like user can drop from any top position and drop of water falls at the bottom view and it should spread naturally 2>If water drops on the same area then that area will be bit thick 3>After user taps on generate then one more plain view will be placed on top of that and the water will be spread Its quite simple if you spill water on the floor then it will spread in all direction and if you spill more then more area will be spread and if you place your leg on that then by pressure again the water will be spread. So this concept I want to be in Ipad Make sure the libraries which are used are not against apple and also will require quality coding. I am looking for some one who has already experienced or done some animation related to liquid and also low budget. Looking for genuine bidder. Regards, Anil
