Basic titanium based ipad app

First off thanks for taking a look at my project! What I am after is a very basic setup... I am under an extreme timecrunch and need some help from some developers to bail me out. I have titanium, apple developer license, etc... and have developed successful apps but I do not have time to complete a project that I am committed to currently. I need a developer to build a basic framework for me using titanium as the core for the mobile development and using PHP, MySql, JSON on the web based component. I need an application frame on the mobile side that will hit the network for an available connection status either 3g or wifi... when connection is available it will stream in the mysql database. Once the database is local to the device it will authenticate the user via username and password. Once authenticated the user will be presented the files from the database that are relative to their account. The basic database frame will consist of employees, customers, products, recommendations employees can have many customers and can sell them many products, which turn into recommendations for which their can be multiple recommendations per customer the local database will provide authentication to the user which will give them access to all of their customers and allow them to see the entire list of products which they can then select and apply to their customers as recommendations once the user is done with the program it will check for a live connection and if available will push the updates to the remote database, if there is no connection present it will hold the data locally until the next time it has an available connection to sync the data to the remote database. All of the data can be generic stuff... the tables could be something like employee and customer and product and recommendation etc... and just use generic fields that make sense as place holders for those table... Like first name, last name, telephone number, mobile number, city, state, zip, for the employee and customer tables along with the relationship keys that need to be present to link all of the stuff properly. For products it could just be stuff like name, manufacturer, active ingredient. For recommendations it would have the product detail information associated with it of course since they are recommending multiple products, the recommendation for each product would consist of a certain amount of those products that is entered by the user at the time they are collecting the information on the mobile device. You need to create the dummy mysql remote database with the above mentioned tables and JSON output script and then the titanium mobile app code to connect authenticate, read, store locally and operate for the user and then push the data back to the remote solution when connection is live or when connection is received again on the device... Just need the basic functionality and framework created... ASAP! Basic gist of this app, is that it is an bi-directional synchronization app between the local database and the web database that is enabled for offline support in the event of a connection loss by the user... The budget is already tight on me for this so I don't have a lot of room... However, if I find a developer that can work this out quickly for me I may pass along more of the project to you for some more added pieces on a future job immediately following this one...
