Trial Job for INDIAN HR and Recruitment expert required as virtual assistant. If successful, you will be IN for our requirement of setting up entire organization. Your task as our Virtual HR Consultant is to fill for us following full-time positions at our corporate house in Ahmedabad, India in 7 days. 1 - 30 Marketing Interns: Package details in PM. Selected Candidates Must have: High Marketing & Sales orientation, excellent Written and Verbal communication skills, outstanding resume, MBA/BBA/BCOM/BSE/BA/BE, must be willing to hang around for at least 12 months, must be of good character, value system and ethics; Prior experience a plus. Job Description for the Marketing Interns: Cold calling, Field Marketing, Online marketing, Email marketing, SMS campaigns, Road shows, Trade shows, Seminars, Demos, Presentations, Proposal writings, Sales closures, develop client relationships, create new partners. Create campaigns. Develop innovative marketing strategies. Create daily/ monthly reports. Process: - You shortlist the candidates. - Interview them. - Offer the matching candidates and get their confirmations. - Send their profile and details to us. We take final decision after careful review. - Offer letters are issued. If you do you task 100% successfully, you get extra USD 100 through this website. If you can manage to over achieve and hire 45 person matching the requirements: usd 300 extra and if you can find 60 person with all above skills, you will get extra USD 500. Budget for this trial job: usd 250. You will be provided with all the detailed literature about our company and positions. An easy task for somebody who knows his/her stuff. Place your bid detailing all your relevant experiences and success stories. If you are successful with this one, we look to engage you for next 24 months for our HR needs.

To enhance the efficiency and profitability of the company the ERP (SAP B1) was got introduced and implemented by me which gave the highly appreciable results. While Managing the Purchases of the Company the Capability to Negotiate got polished to Pragmatic end and being the executive head of the entire man power the managerial capacities were polished . After the Above I with my friends started a Company in real estate in Delhi(India) and sold the same. Again started a US based Call Center , recently sold the same. Regards
