Technical Conversation Engineer As a Technical Conversation Engineer, you will become an essential part of building conversational interface for Artificial Humans. As ideal candidate, you will have experience working with Google Dialogflow, IBM Watson or equivalent system to use natural language processing intents, entities and context as building blocks of engaging conversation. Key Responsibilities ● Building conversations for Artificial Humans using Google Dialogflow or IBM Watson. ● Controlling conversation flows using intents, entities and context. ● Working with narrative team to bring personality into AI conversation. Essential Skills ● Understanding of natural language processing principles. ● Hands on experience with Google Dialogflow, IBM Watson and/or other contextual NLP systems. ● Working knowledge of building Agents, Intents, Entities and Contexts in NLP. ● Appreciation for best practices of building engaging conversation interfaces. Desired Skills ● Basic programming skills of frontend web technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript. ● Deeper understanding of machines learning principles used in natural language processing. ● Appreciation for Agile management principles in SCRUM. ● Japanese and English proficiency for text integration
