Though I'd like to keep the details somewhat confidential at this stage, I am currently building an application which allows vendors to define their prices for a particular commodity and make it visible to people searching for it, so that they can find the lowest price for it in the area.
I am an amateur developer myself and building the application's interface for vendors on Android, NoSQL and Google's Firebase platform, but I want the client-side implementation of the app to be built in web technologies, preferably JavaScript with AngularJS and Ionic, so that it can be packaged into a multi-platform app, such as apps built on Apache Cordova or PhoneGap.
We are in a stage of infancy and would pay a maximum of INR 10000/US$150 per month. A basic but neat-looking version of the web application should be completed by the end of this month, so that we can put it out for trial by Diwali (30 October 2016). Developer should be experienced with web apps in JavaScript and AngularJS/Ionic, plus have knowledge of how to pull data from NoSQL databases. We will evaluate the developer on the basis of projects he has done.
