I am looking to create an automated flow in GLOBIFLOW to automate my PODIO holding costs for all of my properties. I want to create an automated notification system as to when all of my holding costs (bills during a project) need to be paid. The initial setup will be manual. I will plug in i.e my electrical & gas bill (National Grid) and all of the information for the initial setup and I would like an email notification sent, comment created and it added to my calendar saying that I need to make a payment for this specific property on this specific date. I would have this created in GLOBIFLOW for all of my holding cost apps within PODIO. IE) ELECTRIC & GAS (NATIONALGRID) WATER (OCWA) LENDER PAYMENTS INSURANCE TAXES
