Build HTML email signature from assets

I have 4 email signatures that I've created in Adobe Illustrator. They are in PNG format. I need them spliced up and made into HTML email signatures that work across all the mail OS and mail client platforms and browsers: ie) They need to work in emails sent in Chrome, Gmail, Mac Mail, Outlook etc. I will provide all the assets and links to the social media accounts that the signatures need to link to. It is crucial that these email signatures are created in HTML that is cross platform compatible - PC to Mac, and works across Safari, Chrome and all common email clients. I've attached the first of 4 images that I need created. This will be the first milestone and if it works, ill send over the other 3. Please let me know if you have questions.
