Build a thirty party application for gathering chat links.

Hello, We are looking for an expert programmer to work with us on our project for chat links, which will brings links/http links/ Youtube links from chat history from several chat vendors, like : whatsupp, Facebook Messages, Any other Chat App we may need in feature.. ----- Please note that this project is not for a new chat Application like whatsup, or Facebook Messenger... It's only a feature ( third party ) application will be requested from the user to access his chat information and history to collect all the links and separated only in http or video links to his account in our website. ----- Chat is implemented using XMPP,PHP,REST,HTML,Ajax, Jquery. Android side chat is implemented using SMACK library. Tasks List : Web App: Technology Stack: PHP (Yii) , HTML5, Jquery,Ajax, Mysql, AWS, Openfire, Erlang High level Project requirement are: 1) Implement chat links back end using new technologies (web & Android app) 2) New features development/ bugs fixing, performance improvement of API 3) New website integration in app 4) All links will be stored in one database ( website database ) and will be separated as per user chat reference.
