App for humanitarian and social sector

We are organization providing capacity building and advisory to non-profit sector in humanitarian and international development fields. We created application, helping to measure impact of humanitarian and social projects around the world. Currently we are heading into the new version of the application for which we will need help. We are looking for an external developer to join our team. The future version of our application will be running C# WebApi and HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Angular.JS interface. The work involved is mostly new feature development in this project as well as support with SQL database preparation. All hosted on MS AZURE. we can offer part-time, short-term ( 1 - 2 months) cooperation with possibility to work in long-term relationship if satisfaction on both sides. We are very passionate about work we do as well work of our clients are every time opened to outside-of-the-box solutions. Our team is located globally and provides pleasant and flexible work environment. As we work only with nonprofit sector, we cannot offer highest rates, but meaningful work, making impact for public good in countries like Ghana, Rwanda, Cambodia or Myanmar. Requirements: * Great communication skills is a must (ability to explain technical solutions to non-IT people is essential!). *5+ years full stack experience. The work involved is fairly complex and advanced. *Expert knowledge of SQL is required, especially with advanced queries that can perform quickly *Advanced knowledge of C# *1+ year working with a Javascript binding framework. AngularJS is a must * Able to speak and communicate in English, especially in writing. *Good reference from previous or current client / employer *We are open on work hours, as far as the work is done based on the agree schedule and deadlines. Minimum time devoted to this project is 2 days a week. * Mobile and Windows native experience as well as offline synchronization is a big bonus, but not required.
