Simple website to buy modules

Dear freelancer. I need a PHP system that follows rigorous object-oriented standards. You CANNOT make use of special libraries (such as Laravel, Symfony, etc.) has to be written in pure PHP. We are selling programs, these programs have plugins (we call them modules) and we need an online platform where users can purchase them: * Option for admin to create "module" (packages) that can be purchased by users * Option to buy a module with PayPal * Option for visitors to create a user (needed to buy a module) * Option to change password * Option to send a ticket to moderators * Option to add moderator account to answer tickets from users * Register a module to a user for the purchased time (forexample, if user have purchased a module for 1 month register purchase and expiry date) * Administrator control panel: * Option for administrator to ban or remove licenses * Option for administrator to add licenses (with reason supplied) * Option for administrator to add news - News need to be displayed on front page - News need to also be able to be shown in JSON format via API * Logging of IP when users create account * Administrators should be able to answer tickets too.
