Responsive wordpress website for construction small company

I need a responsive website for a small construction company.
The website only need to show basic information about the company,
few different pages about the different types of works they do, whit description anf few pics
(one page each type of job but with the same look).
Contacts page with a form to send directly an email and a small map with the location.
- home page
- 4 or 5 pages for different jobs (same page only the text is different and pics)
- contacts (form and map)
- blog, where the owner can add post, users CAN'T add comment...
logo, text and some images will be provided...you will need to provide backgroud images
the freelancer will also need to do all the uploading work needed on the provided domain.
the website should be like this

with less pages, no reserved area, and different colours...
I don't have domain yet I will purchase it with my client soon.. then you will need to set it up..
important is that I need a Form on every page to send request.
Also need you to provide a page where I can easily change content and also add post to the blog.
