Professional, slick & polished website / app

We wish to build a website and app in two phases. Phase one will be the website Phase two will be the website and the rollout of this will happen approximately 2-3 months after the website goes live (although you may design and develop these together) I have a requirements document with more detail to those serious developers that ask. The basic concept however. I want to set up a website where clients can set up their own free account. That account will have a template based unique page where they can add text photos. It will have payment functionality. The clients website will use some infographics to show how they are progressing against stated goals. To further expand, the base requirements I am looking for are: * Homepage that allows site visitors to search for our account holders specific pages * Each new account that is created gets a standard look and feel template which the account holder can personalise with images and text * CMS for each account that is clean and very simple to use * Account setup requirement – asks multiple questions that are used throughout the account and in automated messaging (name, address, email phone, contact people, bank account etc etc) * Payment gateway for each account (paypal or something similar) that directs payment from the website to the specific account of the account holder * Account holders can add as many sub-pages as may be required (each subpage is a standardised template with space for images and text) * The focus of each page will be infographics that show progress against targets / deadlines. These are updated in real-time as certain events occur. * Payments that are made via each account capture key information. Firstname, Lastname, address, email, phone, mobile, what purchased and quantity (autofilled from website), payment date / time * Completed or declined payments generate an email to the user confirming that payment was successful / unsuccessful with all relevant details for the item purchased * Reporting auto generated and sent to the account owner that details all successful and unsuccessful payments and all relevant details. This can be set to daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly via the CMS for the account holder * Ability to sell tickets to events. Tickets can be purchased and auto-generates a ticket that is emailed / texted to the purchaser * Through the account holders CMS, the ability to extend sales. This will then re-calculate and display the new updated information via infographics * app is in a similar look and feel to the website. * app is updated by account holders through a template driven CMS. * app allows account holders to offer up to 5 specials per week * Specials offered on the app can be made available for between 1 - 52 weeks. But a maximum of 5 available per week The above are the main types of functionality i'm requiring. I also want a developer that's prepared to work with me and have some input on clever ways of achieving the goals. I also want a developer that can deliver very clean, simple but beautiful websites.
